  • Services refer to all IT solutions and services provided by the Company.
  • Client(s) refers to individuals, businesses, or organizations using our services or accessing our website.

2. Information Collection & Use

  • We collect necessary personal and business information to provide and improve our services.
  • Information may be gathered through website forms, email communications, or direct interactions.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties, except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

3. Service Delivery & Payment

  • Deliverables will be provided in electronic or physical form as per client preference.
  • Communication will primarily take place via email, phone, or other online platforms.
  • Clients must complete all due payments before receiving final project deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • We respect client intellectual property and take necessary measures to protect it.
  • Protech Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for intellectual property violations related to data, documents, or materials provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality

  • We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client business information and will not disclose it to third parties without permission.
  • Information may be shared with legal or government authorities when required by law.

6. Governing Law

  • This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Nepal.
  • In case of any disputes, the agreement will be interpreted according to Nepalese legal standards.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be reflected on our website.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Protech Nepal Pvt. Ltd. We strive to provide high-quality services, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

1. Refund Process

  • After receiving your return request and inspecting the condition of your item/service, we will process your refund.
  • Please allow at least 7 days from the date of receipt to process your return.
  • Refunds may take 1-3 working days to reflect in your account.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer (multiple services or signups do not qualify).
  • No refunds will be granted for accounts closed due to TOS violations.
  • Refunds do not apply to existing product upgrades or downgrades—customers are responsible for these actions.
  • No refunds are provided for Domain Registration, Renewal, Transfer, or Website Design services.
  • If you already have a product and order a new one, the no refund policy applies.
  • No refunds will be issued if our team does not find any issue with your Hosting plan from our side.

No refunds will be granted if your service is suspended or terminated due to violations such as:

  • • Email Marketing / Email Abuse
  • • Misuse of our services
  • • Inappropriate, illegal, or immoral activities
  • • Account overuse

3. Refund Eligibility by Service

  • Hosting Registration – Refunds are applicable within 3 days of purchase.

4. Refund Charges

  • For PAK Users: A 3% refund charge will be deducted.

1. Termination Policy

  • Expired Domain & Hosting services can only be renewed within 15 days of expiration.
  • After 15 days, we are not responsible for any data loss or domain recovery.
  • We will notify you via email, call, WhatsApp, or Facebook message. If you fail to check or respond, we are not liable for any loss.

2. Website Design & Development Termination Policy

After termination of Website Design & Development services, Protech Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is only eligible to provide:

  • • Domain ownership transfer (via EPP Code/Auth Code).
  • • Website content (text, images, videos, etc.).
  • • If the website is built on WordPress, we can only provide the public_html content (ZIP file). However, we are not responsible for providing any custom-coded templates.
  • Website design, structure, and layout will not be provided.
  • If a client wishes to retain their data, they must renew services accordingly.
  • In case of Hosting and Domain expiration, the client must renew within 15 days to retain access.
  • Upon renewal, the client can move their domain and data or continue using services for 1 year.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable.

4. Backups & Data Recovery

  • Free Backup is a complimentary service, and backups are fully automated.
  • We only provide data recovery if backups are available on our storage servers.
  • Accounts larger than 20GB are not included in our backups.

5. Unlimited Usage Policy

  • Your account cannot be used as a storage or backup service for personal files.
  • Regular backups of databases and websites are allowed within reasonable limits.
  • Accounts using excessive or unreasonable disk space may be asked to reduce usage or risk suspension/termination.
  • Protech Nepal Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend/terminate services for resource abuse at our discretion.

6. Adult Content Policy & Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

  • Adult content (pornography, nudity, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • Spam Policy: We do not tolerate unsolicited emails, bulk mailing, or spam. "Safe lists" and "double opt-in" emails are treated as spam.
  • Any user caught sending spam will have their account terminated without notice or refund.

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Protech Nepal Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
